Working Principle
The entire production line adopts a continuous pultrusion process. Glass fiber rovings are arranged and impregnated with resin before being continuously fed into the temperature-controlled mold cavity at a uniform speed. Through multi-zone temperature control, the resin is stably cured. Combined with a dual gantry alternating pulling system, the material is continuously stretched at a consistent speed to form FRP profiles with fixed cross-sectional dimensions. The finished profiles are then automatically cut to the required lengths and discharged. The entire process features a high level of automation with minimal manual intervention, enabling 24-hour continuous mass production. This ensures consistent dimensional accuracy and uniform appearance across every batch of FRP profiles.

Structural Components
The Fiberglass Pultrusion Machine adopts a modular design. Each system is precisely matched and works together to support the mass production of FRP profiles with various cross-sections, including standard and customized profiles. The main components are as follows:

Creel System
Used for orderly placement of various glass fiber rovings, ensuring smooth fiber feeding and consistent tension. It prevents fiber deviation and disorder, providing a foundation for uniform profile forming.

Resin Impregnation System
Responsible for impregnating glass fiber rovings with resin, ensuring even coverage around fibers. It improves wet-out and prevents resin starvation, delamination, and insufficient mechanical performance.

Preforming Die
Performs arrangement and preforming of resin-impregnated glass fibers. It organizes the profile before the die, preventing wrinkles, misalignment and deformation, ensuring forming accuracy.

Heating and Curing System
A segmented temperature-controlled heating structure precisely controls curing temperature for different resin systems. It ensures complete curing and shaping inside the die, maintaining profile hardness, compactness, and surface quality.

Pulling System
The core power-driven mechanism of the equipment. It continuously pulls the profile through the forming process with stable pulling force and adjustable speed, supporting continuous mass production of FRP profiles with different cross-sections.

Cutting System
After the profile is fully cured and properly formed, the cutting system automatically cuts it to the preset specified length. It provides smooth and clean cut surfaces and accurate dimensions to meet standardized length requirements.
Core Advantages of the Fiberglass Pultrusion Machine
Equipment Compatibility
The Fiberglass Pultrusion Machine is compatible with three major resin systems: unsaturated polyester, epoxy, and polyurethane. It can stably produce standard profiles, custom-shaped profiles, and large-section cable tray profiles, meeting various applications including corrosion resistance, electrical insulation, and weather resistance.
Temperature Control Accuracy
The Fiberglass Pultrusion Machine adopts 3-zone and 6-point multi-point temperature monitoring with intelligent temperature control adjustment. The mold temperature is precisely controlled to ensure uniform curing, effectively improving issues such as color differences, soft cores, and uneven curing. It provides high batch consistency and low scrap rates.
Pulling System
The Fiberglass Pultrusion Machine adopts a dual-gantry hydraulic alternating pulling system with a small-pressure, large-cylinder design, providing strong pulling force and stable operation speed. Equipped with an independent air-cooling system, the machine reduces operating load, prevents overheating and pressure loss, ensures low failure rates during long-term continuous operation, and extends the service life of hydraulic components.
Easy Operation and Control
Equipped with a PLC programmable control system, the Fiberglass Pultrusion Machine supports automatic operation, heating standby, pause, and other functions. It can operate in both fully automatic mode and manual button control mode, making operation easier for new operators and reducing labor dependence.
Full-Chain Service
Different from manufacturers that only assemble equipment, we manufacture FRP profiles, develop pultrusion molds, and conduct independent commissioning, allowing us to understand practical mass production requirements.
Maintenance-Friendly Design
The entire machine adopts a modular integrated design. Hydraulic and electrical components are easy to install, remove, and maintain, simplifying later maintenance, repair, and component replacement while reducing long-term operating costs.
